GROW+ helps Meera's team build stronger systems and stay close to the communities it serves. In Jodhpur and Udaipur, the work brings people together to discuss women's rights, girls' education, health and access to support.

2011 – Present (Since 2001) · Jodhpur (3 Police Station Centers: East, G.R.P., UdaiMandir)
Women facing violence or family disputes can turn to three counselling centres in Jodhpur for a place to talk, legal guidance and help with the next step. The centres work through counselling, mediation and referrals, according to each woman's needs.

2017 – Present · 13 Villages, Western Rajasthan
Girls who have left school need a way back, and support to stay. Working with families and schools across 13 villages, this programme has helped 800 girls enter formal education and works to prevent early marriage.

In Udaipur, community outreach helps people access HIV testing, counselling and treatment. Since 2009, the programme has connected vulnerable communities with health services and worked to reduce the stigma that can keep people from seeking care.

2007 – 2011 · Jodhpur Rural Crafts Hubs
Traditional leather artisans received support with skills, designs, credit and access to markets. The programme brought 489 artisans together through 32 self-help groups.
