Strengthening Organisations, Communities and Women
Launched in February 2026 with support from the EdelGive Foundation, the GROW+ Project focuses on strengthening NGO capacities while promoting community engagement and women's empowerment. Awareness sessions across Jodhpur and Udaipur address gender equality, women's rights, girls' education, health and social inclusion.
The project also undertakes focused outreach with women sex workers on legal rights, healthcare access and protection from violence. Key areas of work include organisational development, finance and HR systems, technology, team capacity building and stronger grassroots engagement across Western Rajasthan.
