Recognising the vital role of Anganwadi workers in early childhood development, maternal health and nutrition, Meera Sansthan has undertaken extensive capacity-building initiatives for Anganwadi Workers, Helpers and Supervisors. Training programmes have focused on child nutrition, growth monitoring, maternal health, community mobilisation and effective delivery of frontline services.
The initiative has conducted 1,167 training programmes and trained over 12,000 Anganwadi Workers, strengthening Anganwadi systems across Western Rajasthan and covering more than 800 villages.
